Nose
A very expressive and fruity nose where orchard fruits are followed by notes of red and even exotic fruits. A symphony of delicate and ethereal aromas where all the aromas come together in perfect harmony.
Palate
On the palate, you can see all the fruit from the nose, which combines notes of white fruits and citrus in a combination of Granny Smith acidity with fleshy peach and vibrant blood orange. A smooth and silky texture makes this wine extremely elegant. A touch of saltiness on the finish adds a final touch of complexity to this new edition.

Description
With each new vintage of Bollinger PN, the experience and terroir of Maison Bollinger are showcased in a unique and contemporary interpretation. A true alliance is forged between tradition and innovation. Today, the Bollinger PN range is enriched with a new edition: PN VZ19. The base year is 2019, and the main vintage is Verzenay. The result is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs that gives prominence to the terroir.
This cuvée, made entirely from pinot noir, is imbued with what has become the very essence, the DNA of Champagne Bollinger: an inimitable vision of an iconic grape variety and unwavering efforts to fulfill the mission we began in 1829 as creators of flavor.
