Nose

Rich and deliciously sweet. Cheesecake base with biscuit, maple syrup and caramelized ginger, with subtle notes of toasted oak.

Palate

Indulgent and gourmand sweetness with a silky and syrupy texture; fruit salad and Chantilly cream. Very smooth finish with a persistent sweetness.

Crafted from a careful blend of American oak wine barrels, new American oak barrels, and second-fill bourbon barrels to create a rich and complex sweetness. Every drop embodies what it means to trust your senses.
