On the nose it is open with light floral aromas, red fruits such as cherries, pomegranate peel and hints of licorice.
In the mouth it is pure silkiness, and the warmth is no longer evident. With good acidity, verticality and a fresh finish, almost with a minty sensation.

Description
Finca Dofí is a medium-bodied wine with a beautiful ruby color and slightly tinged tears. It is clear and bright, despite neither being fined nor cold-stabilized, and having been practically unfiltered.
It displays captivating notes that are frankly reminiscent of fresh red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, very ripe pomegranates, and blood oranges). There is even a hint of caramelized fruit. It is also floral and fragrant, with notes of violet and rose, and reveals a touch reminiscent of talc. It is at once warm and balsamic, with hints of vanilla.
