Dark, typical of herbal liqueurs mixed with coffee.
Intense aroma of roasted coffee (Arabica). Herbal nuances characteristic of Jägermeister. Hints of cocoa/dark chocolate that provide sweetness and complexity.
Entry with a strong, roasted, but balanced coffee flavor (without excessive bitterness). Herbal and spicy notes typical of the original liquor, which accompany the coffee without overpowering it. Sweet, rich finish, with a sensation of cocoa and a depth that invites you to savor it slowly.
The coffee beans are fair- trade and come from South America. They are roasted and ground in regional coffee factories.
A cold brew extraction is performed: the ground coffee is steeped in clean, cold water to extract flavor without heating (which avoids acidic or burnt flavors). Alcohol is then added to stabilize the maceration, along with soluble cocoa.
