Delicate aromas of fresh flowers, jasmine and honeysuckle. Once served, more intense and herbaceous notes of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon are perceived.
On the palate, juniper gives way to a complex and voluptuous fragrance of fresh flowers that leads, finally, to a round, elegant and refined finish.
The southwest of France enjoys a beautiful temperate climate, proximity to the sea, nature and is home to one of our greatest prides, the Castle of Bonbonnet.
The juniper berries used in our gin are harvested French style on the same castle property, Chateau Bonbonnet.
There are 19 aromatic plants , including lemon , among other delicious and exotic spices. For the herbs to give off all their flavor, the infusion time and temperature must be adjusted. This process is known as progressive infusion and it is how our gin reaches a perfect balance.
