Description
Deeply inspired by the rich tradition of the Dominican Republic's coffee culture, Jassil Villanueva Quintana sought to create a rum that embodied the precious moment of 'cafecito', a ritual celebrated in the Dominican Republic where friends and family gather to pause and savor life's moments.
Many stories and laughter have been shared over a beloved cup of coffee in the Dominican Republic. It is these warm moments that we wanted to recreate in the Visionary Collection Edition 02: an invitation to enjoy the warmth of good company and the rich and enticing flavors of our land.
For Edition 02, we continue to innovate with our Aromatic Barrel Roasting Technique, where our master roasters roast the barrels with Dominican coffee beans, which are then removed, infusing the wood with their rich aromatic properties. The barrels are then prepared to be filled with our exceptional liquid.
Visionary Collection Edition 02 is aged in carefully selected virgin European oak barrels to develop its characteristic rich and complex flavors. With every sip, you will taste the culmination of years of experience and the essence of our beloved homeland.
