On the nose it is open with light floral aromas, red fruits such as cherries, pomegranate peel and hints of licorice.
In the mouth it is pure silkiness, and the warmth is no longer evident. With good acidity, verticality and a fresh finish, almost with a minty sensation.

Description
Finca Dofí is a wine with a medium layer and a beautiful ruby color, with slightly tinted tears. It's crisp and bright, even though it's neither clarified, cold-stabilized, nor virtually filtered.
It exhibits enchanting notes that are frankly reminiscent of fresh red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, very ripe pomegranates and blood oranges). There is even a sensation of caramelized fruit. It is also floral and fragrant, somewhere between violet and rose, and has a touch reminiscent of talcum powder. It is, at the same time, warm and balsamic, with nuances of vanillin.
