Appearance

Amarillo pálido verdoso, limpio y brillante. Aspecto fresco y juvenil con lágrima fina.

Nose

Blanco atlántico de personalidad propia. Fruta blanca fresca, notas cítricas (lima, manzana verde), flores silvestres y un mineral expresivo. Fresco y muy aromático.

Palate

Vivo y tenso, con acidez fresca muy bien integrada. Paso de boca limpio, mineral y muy sabroso. Final persistente y aromático.

Description

Vineyard located in the upper part of Tea County at an altitude of 285 meters above sea level.
Soil: Granitic and sandy.
Hand-harvested in 16-kilogram boxes. It took place in early October.
Grape selection in the vineyard.
Upon arrival at the winery, a second selection of the grapes is made, prior to destemming.
Subsequently, a gentle pressing takes place to obtain the free-run juice. After settling, the juice is transferred to a stainless steel tank for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 14 days.
Aging: Aged for 60 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks during which the bâtonnage process is carried out regularly.
Production: 6000 bottles.
