Its entry into the mouth is velvety weight, marking the acidity of its calcareous soils and with a freshness that makes it extremely long.

Fermentation takes place in foudres at low temperatures, and the wine ages for 10 months, five of them on its lees, with the aim of enhancing the structure and complexity provided by these soils.
