In this 2023 vintage, Ossian maintains its already characteristic elegance and freshness, to which they add a surprising delicacyand a long and restful finish with which the authentic character of the Nieva environment appears again.
The Ossian Vides y Vinos Winery, today owned by the group Pago de Carraovejas, , produces this great white wine from pre-phylloxera strains, that is, very old, centuries-old strains, in the town of Nieva (Segovia) and within the Denomination of Origin Rueda. A complex wine, with high gastronomic possibilities as a result of its aging in oak barrels, and that has a lot of body and structure. A white that stands out for its powerful acidity and with potential for aging for several years.
The grapes used by Ossian come largely from pre-phylloxera vines between 100 and 200 years old with an organic certificate from the Organic Agriculture Council of Castilla y León.
