At first glance, it shows an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright, which anticipates its elegant and structured character.
On the nose, its complexity and originality are immediately perceived: notes of ripe fruit such as pink grapefruit, white peach and quince intertwine with delicate tropical nuances, such as passion fruit and roasted pineapple. All this accompanied by a suggestive background of fermentative and autolytic aromas, reminiscent of brioche, toasted bread and a touch of honey and beeswax, the result of fermentation with wild yeasts and aging on lees in French oak barrels. Subtle touches of sweet spices, such as vanilla and nutmeg, complete the set.
In the mouth it is broad and enveloping, with a creamy texture that fills the palate without losing freshness thanks to a vibrant and well-integrated acidity. The balance between volume, smoothness and liveliness stands out, which translates into a long, elegant and slightly saline finish, leaving a pleasant memory of ripe fruit and spicy notes.

Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is Kevin Judd's boldest and most artisanal interpretation yet, a pioneer of winemaking in Marlborough, New Zealand. Spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts in French oak barrels and aged on its lees, this wine departs from the more explosive fruit profile of classic Sauvignon Blanc. It offers a complex, elegant, and sophisticated expression, where vibrant freshness is balanced by a creamy texture and a subtle hint of oak and spice. A wine with soul, crafted with patience and respect for nature, it reflects the unique personality of the Marlborough terroir and Greywacke's artisanal philosophy.
