Tasting notes
Nose
Aromas of ripe pear, loquat and fig. The base is deep with hints of white chocolate, gunpowder and fine herbs such as oregano and thyme.
Palate
In the mouth it enters subtly to give way to a marked tension. The nerve and salinity dominate the passage through the mouth. The finish is of harmonious persistence.
Serving temperature
10 - 12ºC.
Description
Over the last few harvests, the technique has been refined to achieve a perfectly balanced wine. The grapes come from the Tremoedo Estate, with very low yields, where green pruning and leaf removal have been carried out and where the vines, which are over 40 years old, grow on “xabre” or “weathered granite” soils.
