Appearance

Bright pale yellow color, with faint greenish reflections.

Nose

The nose is fresh, direct and austere, very citrusy, white fruits and green melon.

Palate

In the mouth it is light, elegant and silky, with marked acidity and pleasant tension. Its long saline finish stands out.

Description

Granbazán Etiqueta Verde is a white wine with a marked Atlantic character from the heart of the Rias Baixas.

To make Granbazán Etiqueta Verde, the grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration for 6 to 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

The wine rests on its fine lees without batonage for 4-5 months before bottling.
